Meet Abbey...she is so sweet and wonderful, but as all kittens do she finds herself in a fix all the time. She really enjoys sitting in the middle of the garbage can. It is amusing to see her there. She can see what is going on up above her. Whether we are making cookies or her favorite fixing meat!

The Last night here...

Wow! The weekend is over....The convention was really nice!! We had alot of people in and out of our booth that were glad to see us there again this year.
Anyway, last night for the first time (at least I think it was the first time) I had Indian food. I really liked it and I can't wait to go out again for it. It was extra exciting because of the large group of girls I was with!! Giggling,eating,talking, and catching up was what it was all about!! It was terrific!!
Today was the last day of the convention and it was really hard to get through the day at some points. We all were so tired from being on our feet....But it was all good. We are so thankful for the volunteers that helped us lug all the books and such out of the conference hall. It would have taking us a long time if we did it by ourselves. When we finished loading up we went to a sweet families home and had dinner.( I don't even know their names, but they were really nice)
Now I am hanging in the hotel room with Katherine and my new friend Emily watching a movie. It has been a productive weekend and tomorrow we will be driving home so that we can wish our mothers a Happy Mother's Day!! So to all you mother's who are reading this Happy Mother's Day!! I hope that you are all honored in a very special tomorrow....

Harrisburg..I'm here!!!

Here I am on the road again. Yes, I'm loving it! Especially with a old friend,new friend, and a common acquaintance...(sorry Jayla; I promise you'll be a friend after this.)I love meeting new people so this trip is all about that. I am helping out at a homeschool conference so there will be lots of people to meet! Yippee!!!
So what have we done so far? Yesterday, we got in a a decent time so we decided to go to Hershey and shop around at the outlets. I found a couple of good deals, so I it was most eventful. Then we headed back to the hotel after dinner and hung out. Around 9:30pm I convinced Kathrine (the old friend...hahaha) to go for a workout. It was great we were so not motivated but we knew we needed it! After that it was bedtime.(( =
Today, we had to head over to where the conference is being held to set up. It took us like 5hrs. to get things arranged. We were all very happy when the last thing was placed on the shelf and we could call it a day. It didn't help that we were all starving!Katherine knew of a great Mexican restaurant where we all ate way to much!! Oh, and the truck started to act up, so that is now sitting in some kind of garage. It isn't anything serious but we can't be to careful.
Now, we are sitting here blogging,doing inventory,texting, and looking up whats on paperview tonight...(( = Will see if there is anything good...
For now I will say tootles...I'll be at Starbucks!

A Whirlwind....

Wow...I keep meaning to upload some more pictures but just haven't had the time! We have new puppies! They are really cute. They are almost 3 weeks old.(I think)
This past weekend we took a family trip to visit Grandma Judy in P.A. It was a very nice trip. I am glad when I have to be forced to slow down I seem to relax better.

This week I am heading to Harrisburg P.A. I will be spending time with the Generations of Virtue crew at a homeschool convention.I am looking forward to it.
Also, Marianne, Justin, and I are going to lead worship at The Answer on the 22nd, so we have been practicing. We seem to have great harmony! Not to gloat or anything...hahaha All is invited to come hear us! If you want more info just send over an email and I'll get it to you.
OK so I have to go...I am hoping seriously to get some pictures up real soon.(( =
Oh before I forget,I got a new job!!!! Yippee!!! I am going to be a teachers-aide at J.D. George Elementary school.I am doing summer school and the regular school season. Will see how it goes.I'm pretty excited.

Yes, we did go on a trip. I lied...sorry..I couldn't in anyway spoil the surprise for Melanie! That's right she turned 40 this year, and we thought we would drive out to Michigan and surprise her. Well, sort of..for some reason she always finds out! It was a grand trip. While we where there it was very breezy and decent.Not so much back at home..haha..you guys had lots of snow! I know I shouldn't gloat but it was nice to miss at least one snowfall. As you can see by the pictures we had a grand time, and I highly recommend if you haven't seen Melanie and Ed in awhile...then you need to get your butts moving! It was a lovely....I was going to say a lovely trip but that wouldn't be true..because its boring! Driving straight through Canada is tedious. There is nothing to look at but the back of your eye lids. Unless, of course you are the driver. Which in this case was me,so I listened to everyone sleep while I drove. (( = I do have to say that I am so thankful that Mrs.Laskowski went with us. She made it super fun and interesting to say the least. I'll never go through customs now the same, and most likely pray that I get a women...(I can only tell the story in person so you'll have to ask me..)

Here are some pictures. As you can see he got spoiled rotten on his Birthday.(( = Our A.Kellie and U.Ed took him bowling.(we tagged along,because...well who doesn't like to bowl?) The next day I took him out for breakfast, because thats what he wanted.Then he had his party! Oh,Happy day!
