Well, this is my last weekend of classes!! YAHOO!!! Doing 10hr classes on the weekends is no fun at all...sure the classes are fun and I've enjoyed getting to know my classmates, but....ITS THE WEEKEND!!!Saturday morning I have to give a lesson before the class...I am extremely nervous! Sigh...I'll get through it...maybe.
I also had my first interview this week...nothing came of it yet...I have to wait till next week. It is for a bank in Oneida. Will see...
Mom and Dad got home early Monday morning..They had a super time in Sicily and Italy...in fact they made me jealous. The pictures are lovely and there stories are so funny...Picture my dad trying to communicate with Italians...that in itself makes me chuckle...but the Gypsy story has to be the best....so you'll just have to ask him! No, doubt it will be in the family newsletter; which is in the making as we speak! I am glad they had a wonderful time, and am especially happy they made it home in one piece..(( = It was their first international trip. Now they are feeling the wonderful affects of jet lag. My mom has taken to getting up at 4am and then napping around 4pm...she still has to get my dad up at 10:30pm...Dad is doing much better...maybe its because he is on the night shift....I don't know...but he doesn't seem to have to much of a problem...(( = It shouldn't last to much longer...Daylight savings time is coming..haha..then we will all have to adjust!
Yes, the wretched little puppies have arrived...Freckles somehow managed to carry 10 puppies full term..all would have been healthy, BUT...I got annoyed with her at 2am when she wouldn't stop whining...assuming she had to go to the bathroom I put her out...and went to bed...and fell asleep...she came in around 5:30a.m. and by 7:30 when we went outside to look for any puppies....2 of them had frozen to death...Yes, I am a puppy murder...if Autum could have killed me with her looks I would be dead right now!! Autum was crying..it was sad...but we still have 8 healthy, whinny, rats!! I am sad...but..oh,I don't know...we have 8...My family is complaining about that many..but then they'll say "we could have had 10"....Oh, their complaining because they aren't sure we can sell that many...good grief! I am sure in a few weeks they will be very cute, but for now...they look like white and tan spotted rats...
Well, I think thats it for now...
I was told that it would be easier to set up a blog then sending out e-mails when I travel...now you have to do all the work to keep track of me! But the most exciting thing is you can see what I am up to when I am home, too....Its a win-win as long as I remember to up-date it...happy reading!

ESL or EFL What's that....
Never time to breath...I always have something going on. This time it is close to home, but somehow when you have a head cold a 45min drive could last forever!!
The next 2 weekends I will be attending a class in Syracuse to get certified to teach English as a "foreign" language or as a "second" language...ESL or EFL!!
I had 2 classes already and can truly say I am enjoying them. I have 11 adults in my class, and everyone of them is neat to talk too!!
Its a 60hr course and when you are done they will help you get a job almost anywhere in the world. I am not sure where I want to go or if I'll go...
I am searching for a job, and right now it is hard!! No one is hiring or I don't have enough qualifications to get in...Will see...
Anyway, that is what I am up to right now...Oh, and teaching Denver school because my parents are in Italy for the week...sigh...(( ;

KY to NY
Kentucky as usual was nice and warm when we got there....It was totally sweet!!
We had less then 24hrs with the dear Lindsey family but we did enjoy every minute of it. We got to play some vball with the kids, sing around the dinner table, of course, share a meal, and read scripture out loud...It was a sweet time of fellowship and if some of us didn't have to work; we probably would have stayed longer.
On Tuesday we left right after lunch. We had a very long draining car ride home!! It took us 15hrs...Right before we got on 271(I think that's the route in Ohio) it started to pour!!Our speed went from 75-80 to 50-55 real quick...the semi's and the pools of water in the road made for a nightmare...After, about 5hrs of that I couldn't drive anymore,so Angelie took over....and she got totally stressed out as well....It was the never ending drive!!
We ended up pulling into the Bouffard home around 4:30ish....oh,am! We all decided that if we do a road trip like that again we would make our visits a little longer so we can catch up on sleep and not do so much night driving!!
All in all we all had a good time, and we are glad to be back home....and I can say....drum roll....!!!....I want to be home for a long while...I am ahem...tired of traveling...and next year is looking like it will be just as busy!! (( = (I'm not complaining..just saying its nice to be home...)

MO and now KY
So we headed out of chicago around 12:30p on Sunday...After the conference we headed into the city!! It was completly different then NYC...I think I liked it better...It was quiter, less people, less traffic....We got to see the Hancock tower, walked down Michiagn Ave...(aka the Magnificent Mile), and went to a pizza shop that had amazing pizza!! After, we headed to MO...we left Chicago around 7pm....it was a very long tedious driver to MO...We had to switch drivers several times...But made it safely to the Shaver house at 4:30am....we decided that we don't like to drive after a long day of "hecticness"(yes, I made up that word)...(( =
Are time with the Shavers wasn't not nearly long enough!! The kids have gotten so big especially Sage!! They all remembered me and didn't want me to leave...sniff sniff...I didn't want to either...(( =
We did get to go to a "pounding"...which is where a church gathers food for a family and then gives it to them...It was very neat...(pounding=food in pounds...get it?) At the church we all held hands to pray and the man said to me," I never held someons hand from NY." It was really sweet! We also met someone who was from Albany NY...it is a small world!! Diamond is a super small town, so to find someone who is from you area was neat...
The 3 of us headed out at 5am this morning, and made our way to the Lindseys house...sigh, not the car agian we all thought!!! But, after 11 hrs in the car we made it safely....11hrs...it took longer then we thought to get here...
When we got there Marianne and Angelie took some of the kids to the park to play volleyball and sing with Kenzie...a young man that we met the last time we came down here....When they got back we ate dinner and had some wonderful fellowship around the table...Mr.Lindsey read the Proverbs and we talked about it...it is always a joy to here the children put there 2 scents in...
After, we got the dinner dishes done we all headed out to the vball court and finished our evening with some fun volleyball....no pressure it was nice...(( =
Oh, before I forget I don't know if I have allergies or a head cold coming on but something is trying to get a hold of my brain and I won't...nay! I can't let it take hold of me!!!
We are also heading home tomorrow....we are leaving in the early afternoon...so if you think about it send up a prayer of saftey for us!!
Thanks...

Weekend in Chicago.....
Hey Everyone,
We made it safely!Marianne,Angelie, and I made it to Howell's around 3:30am on Thursday. We caught 4 hours of sleep and then we headed to Chicago...Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to sight see like we wanted to on Thursday...but that's ok. We ended up going to Cabela's of all places...It was um....."fun"..(( =
We had to sign in at the conference at 6p so by the time we got settled in it was late.
The "True Women's" conference has been so refreshing and the worship has been amazing. I enjoy the old hymns and the couple that is leading worship has updated and is bringing back the old hymns....WOW!! What power...they are from Ireland so the accent is....ya terrific!! Makes me want to go back to the Emerald Island....If you are interested in hearing what they sound like go to www.gettymusic.com it is wonderful!!
The girls and I have truly enjoyed hearing the speakers and are in awe of how far from the truth true womanhood has gone...the terrible affects that feminism has had on this country and how selfish we have become as women....it has been humbling and refreshing at the same time....Praise the Lord!! The Lord has brought 6300 women from every state except Vermont and Hawaii....plus 8 different countries!! That is amazing and the wonderful sense of revival that is sweeping over the conference is truly contagious...Our prayer is that we come home and give you a little taste of what we have been blessed with!!
The prayers that have gone into this conference has been overwhelming and convicting too...WOW!!There are no strong holds in which satan can grab hold of...every ounce of this place is covered in pray...what a blessing!!
Tomorrow is our last day here...we are glad and sad at the same time!! It has been a true blessing to come and worship with these women, cry, and laugh with them....
Oh, one thing...I have been dubbed the "chicago" driver...which is a little nerve wracking...but God has been good and we haven't had any accidents, but I would ask that you pray for me as I drive into the main part of the city....(the other ladies don't like to drive...) We will be doing all our sight seeing tomorrow....then drive to Diamond MO....
Love to all and I'll keep you informed...

Off to the Windy City!!
Hello Everyone,
Today I am off to Chicago!! I am going with my traveling buddies Angelie and Marianne Bouffard....We are going to a women's conference that will end on Saturday; then we get whisked away to Missouri....after that we head to Kentucky....then finally, home...
We are driving through the night tonight, but will be stopping at some friends house to get a few hours of sleep before we get to Chicago. If we drive straight through we would get to Chicago by 5am and we figured that it wasn't worth it....
After, we get a few hours of shut eye we will finish our drive. We are going to walk down Michigan Ave., see Navy Pier, and maybe do Sears tower...will have to see....we do need to be half alive when we get to the conference so we shouldn't push to hard...(stop laughin!! Ok your right we always push to hard...so if you hear stories of 3 girls sleeping at True Women 08....it was us...)
So keep us in your thoughts and prayers!!!
As usual...I'm off....

An unusual season of life...
You read correctly....either that or I lost my marbles all together...
It all started a few weeks ago when my mom threatened to take away my bedroom because I am never home anymore....fair enough...but I still needed a place to rest my head, and keep all my stuff...(a free storage place) Of course, people she was kidding...ok half kidding....
Anyway, she came to the 3 of us kids and said she would really like Denver upstairs where she can monitor him better. Plus, he won't be alone when we are all out; doing whatever. The poor kid.....She wanted us to come up with any "idea" where we would be downstairs...now mind you there are only 2 bedrooms downstairs....Any ideas? So I said that I would bunk with Ted...that's right people I now share my bedroom with my brother.....(i do need suggestions on how to get the "boy" smell out of there...) some how I don't think I will rub off on him to fast enough....(( =
I spent all day Friday switching my room into the....wait....I should say what used to be the "boys room".
Our first night together was awful on my part...as most of you know I FREEZE at night. I always have like 3 blankets plus warm pj's on, and I don't sleep with a fan....He does, and it sounds like a jet engine!! I finally feel asleep around 3:30am...I figure that I am now exhausted tonight so I should sleep alot better...but will see....I still get cold....(( = Its all good!!
It now has become my job to teach Ted how to be orderly in his bedroom....I hope his future wife will thank me some day!!! I got alot of work ahead of me....and....well...never mind....
So Ted and I are best friends now..will see how our friendship develops after this "change" has taking place for awhile.....(( =
Don't get me wrong I am looking forward to this new phase of (ahem) life, and so far it has been fun. I enjoy waking up and seeing him doing his Bible reading or texting on his phone...(thanks Bouffard ladies)
Who would have thought that 14 years later I would be sharing a bedroom with my brother all over again....
